SUMMARY:Student Choice Seminar - Dr. Carrie Laboski
DESCRIPTION:Dr. Laboski served as an associate professor and soil extension specialist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she focused on soil fertility and nutrient management. She is now a Supervisory Soil Scientist and Research Leader at the USDA-ARS station in University Park\, Pennsylvania. There she leads the Pasture System and Watershed Management Research program\, and is engaged in multiple projects regarding crop-livestock systems and water resources. She will present on “The power of networks\, regional projects\, and long-term projects to advance our understanding of soil fertility and promote sustainable cropping systems.” \nJoin us in 151 Clark or zoom at 1:10 pm. \n
