House Bill 6049: Renewable Energy and Job Creation Act of 2008 (pdf) (discussion of Chairman Mark)
The bill will provide almost $20 billion of tax incentives for investment in renewable energy, carbon capture and sequestration demonstration projects, energy efficiency and conservation. The bill now goes to the full House. The Senate is working on its own version of tax extension and renewable energy incentives.
